About PearFiction Studios

Founded in 2014, PearFiction Studios calls Montreal its home, with a team comprised of individuals hailing from all corners of the globe. Initially, PearFiction Studios focused on developing casual mobile games for iOS and Android devices. Within the first two years of operation, they published approximately a dozen small to mid-sized casual games, delighting over 5 million players.

In December 2015, PearFiction Studios made its foray into the realm of novel gameplay theories and enhancing the social slot machine experience with the release of PowerUp Slots. The game quickly soared to the #5 spot in the casino category of the US iTunes store on December 26th.

In 2016, PearFiction Studios took a bold leap by shifting their focus from mobile games to real money games. They began constructing their first real money slot and developed a new HTML5/JavaScript game framework tailored to suit both mobile and desktop platforms in terms of playability and scalability.

The following year, in 2017, PearFiction entered an exclusive game development and distribution agreement with RNG Foundry Limited, facilitating the design and integration of games into Microgaming’s Quickfire platform. Simultaneously, PearFiction Studios inked an exclusive four-game agreement with Leander to host popular titles such as Gustavo El Luchador, Outerspace Invaders, FishNChips, and PugsLife on the Leander platform.

February 2021 marked a significant milestone for PearFiction as they released their first game exclusively on the Microgaming platform.
