Mini Mafia Megaways

Mini Mafia Megaways is an online slot developed by Pragmatic Play. The game is a good fit for players who enjoy luxurious settings. It also includes several distinct features that work to increase winning opportunities and lead to potentially more rewarding and enjoyable sessions.

Gameplay features and bonuses

Mini Mafia Megaways plays out on a 6-reel grid with up to 7 rows that change every spin, offering up to 117,649 ways to win. The game has an RTP of 96.55%, high volatility, and a maximum win of 5,000x the bet.

Tumble Feature: After every spin, winning combinations are paid and all winning symbols disappear. The remaining symbols fall to the bottom of the screen, and the empty positions are filled with new symbols coming from above. New symbols are the same size as the initial spin result, before any tumbles. Tumbling continues until a tumble produces no more winning combinations. All wins are added to the balance after every tumble resulting from a base spin has been played.

Minigun Feature: The Minigun symbol does not pay. It always takes up 2 horizontal positions on the screen and can appear only on the top row of reels 2, 3, 4, and 5. Whenever the Minigun hits fully, as a 2-position-wide symbol, from either a normal spin or a tumble, all symbols on the reels below it are transformed into Wilds.

If a tumble moves the Minigun symbol to a new position on the top row, all symbols on the reels below it are transformed into Wilds. The Minigun feature does not trigger if the Minigun symbol is not fully visible on the top row or does not change position after a tumble.

Free Spins: The Scatter symbol can appear on all reels and can hit at any size the reel allows. Landing 4 or more Scatter symbols anywhere on the screen, forming the word “BOSS,” triggers the Free Spins feature.

• 4 Scatter symbols form the word “BOSS” and award 10 Free Spins.
• 5 Scatter symbols form the word “BOSS” and 1 “+4” and award 14 Free Spins.
• 6 Scatter symbols form the word “BOSS” and 2 “+4” and award 18 Free Spins.
• 7 Scatter symbols form the word “BOSS” and 3 “+4” and award 22 Free Spins.
• 8 Scatter symbols form the word “BOSS” and 4 “+4” and award 26 Free Spins.
• 9 Scatter symbols form the word “BOSS” and 5 “+4” and award 30 Free Spins.

Before the round starts, if 10 to 18 Free Spins were won, players can gamble to win more Free Spins or collect at any time to start the round. Gambling is not possible if 26 or 30 Free Spins were won from the base game.

If players gamble, a wheel spins and stops on either a win or lose position. If it stops on a win, the number of Free Spins increases by 4. If it stops on a lose, all Free Spins are lost and the round ends.

Players can only gamble up to 22 Free Spins.

• 10 to 14 Free Spins: 62.81% chance to win.
• 14 to 18 Free Spins: 70.39% chance to win.
• 18 to 22 Free Spins: 75.02% chance to win.

The Free Spins round starts when players collect the Free Spins from the gamble or enter it directly from the base game. The round begins with a 1x win multiplier. During the Free Spins feature, every tumble increases the multiplier by 1x until the end of the round.

After every tumble, the total win of that tumble is multiplied by the current win multiplier. Hit 3 Scatter symbols during the round to win 4 more Free Spins. The Minigun feature is available during the Free Spins.

Buy Free Spins: The Free Spins round can be instantly triggered from the base game by buying it for 100x the current total bet. When the round is bought, a random number of Scatters hit, awarding from 10 to 22 Free Spins. Bought Free Spins can be gambled the same way as those triggered from the base game.

Design and Soundtrack

Mini Mafia Megaways places its players in a luxurious gaming environment. The background features a large mansion at nighttime, surrounded by a garden of purple roses. The grid holds a variety of symbols, including silver 9-A figures along with four characters who belong to a mafia group. The design is supported by an accompanying soundtrack that fits the theme well.

The Bottom Line

Mini Mafia Megaways brings solid feature depth. The Megaways engine and Tumble Feature keep spins active with up to 117,649 ways to win, while the Minigun turns full reels into Wilds for bigger hits. The Free Spins round stands out with a rising multiplier that climbs with every tumble and a gamble option to push for more spins. A Buy Free Spins option is there for quick access. With high volatility and a 5,000x max win, the risk-to-reward balance leans toward patient players.
