Jaws of Justice

Jaws of Justice is an online slot developed by Hacksaw Gaming. This title is ideal for players who enjoy fast-paced, animal-themed gameplay with a touch of intensity and excitement.

The slot also introduces several unique features designed to increase winning potential and provide a more engaging and rewarding experience for players looking for action-packed spins.

Gameplay Features and Bonuses

Jaws of Justice is played on a 5×4 grid and offers 14 paylines. The slot features a 96.20% RTP and is classified as a high-volatility game, providing opportunities for large but less frequent wins.

Laser Shark Symbols: Laser Shark symbols appear only on the fourth row. After the reels settle, each Laser Shark fires a laser in one of three directions — straight up, diagonally left, or diagonally right — activating from left to right. Every paying symbol hit by a laser transforms into a Wild symbol. These Wilds may stay standard or reveal an additive multiplier of 1x up to 200x.

If a laser hits an existing Wild, it gains a multiplier. If it strikes a Wild that already has one, the multiplier increases further. When multiple multiplier Wilds form part of a winning combination, their values combine for a larger payout. After all lasers have fired and transformations complete, each Laser Shark itself turns into a Wild symbol.

Force Fields: Three Force Fields sit on the left, top, and right edges of the grid. When a Laser Shark beam hits one, the laser bounces off and continues at the same angle, transforming paying symbols into Wilds along the new path.

If a laser directly hits a Force Field, it bounces back to add multipliers to previously transformed Wilds. If it connects with another Laser Shark, that symbol becomes a Wild with a multiplier.

Once all wins are calculated, Laser Sharks and Wilds are cleared from the grid before the next spin begins.

Killer Cosmos Bonus: Activated by landing 3 FS Scatter symbols, this feature awards 10 Free Spins. The base game mechanics remain, but the frequency of Laser Sharks increases.

Chompocalypse Bonus: Triggered by 4 FS Scatter symbols, this round also grants 10 Free Spins. It expands on the Killer Cosmos bonus by allowing each Laser Shark to fire lasers in two directions per spin.

In both Killer Cosmos and Chompocalypse modes, landing 2 or 3 extra Scatters awards 2 or 4 additional Free Spins, respectively.

Nuclear Nebula Bonus: Triggered by landing 5 FS Scatter symbols, this round also provides 10 Free Spins. It follows Chompocalypse mechanics but guarantees at least 1 Laser Shark appears on every spin. No additional Scatters appear during this feature.

Design and Soundtrack

Jaws of Justice immerses players in a vibrant, animal-themed environment filled with color and energy. The backdrop showcases a stylized comic-style explosion, while two mutant sharks float around the grid, adding motion and atmosphere to the setting.

The reels display colorful neon 10–A symbols alongside mutant creatures such as a rhinoceros, crocodile, tiger, dinosaur, and shark – each designed with striking visual detail. The overall presentation is enhanced by a dynamic soundtrack that perfectly matches the action on screen.

For players who enjoy similar intensity and creative themes, Chaos Crew 3 and Beam Boys – both developed by Hacksaw Gaming – offer excellent alternatives.

The Bottom Line

Jaws of Justice delivers an action-driven experience packed with innovative gameplay mechanics. The Laser Shark feature transforms symbols into Wilds and applies progressive multipliers, while Force Fields introduce unpredictability and strategic depth to each spin.

In addition, the slot’s multiple bonus rounds – Killer Cosmos, Chompocalypse, and Nuclear Nebula – offer rising excitement and increased win potential, making every feature feel impactful and engaging.
