Pray For Six

Hacksaw Gaming is one of the leading developers in the gambling industry. One of their newest online video slot releases is Pray For Six, which is built around a dark, diabolical theme. The game introduces several mechanics focused on increasing win potential, which reinforce a tense and ominous tone that runs through the entire setup.

Gameplay Features and Bonuses

Pray For Six runs with an RTP of 96.35%. Its high-volatility structure allows wins to appear less frequently, though payouts tend to stay on the higher side. The game is played on a 6×5 grid, and wins are calculated using a Scatter Pay system rather than traditional paylines.

Total Win Bar: All wins produced during a spin are stored in the Total Win Bar located above the grid. The accumulated amount is paid out once the final cascade concludes.

Special “6” symbol: Only a single “6” symbol can appear on each reel at a time. A landed “6” activates when at least one win appears on the grid and all cascades finish. Any “6” symbols that drop during cascades land already activated.

Wailing Wheels: This feature is triggered by an activated “6” symbol. The wheel spins to award either a Cash Prize, an Additive Multiplier, a Multiplicative Multiplier, or an instant Max Win.

Cash Prizes are paid as bet multipliers and fall into three tiers:

• Bronze Cash Prizes: 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x
• Silver Cash Prizes: 5x, 10x, 15x, and 20x
• Gold Cash Prizes: 25x, 50x, 100x, 250x, 333x, 500x, and 666x

Multiplier results are added to the Total Win Bar. Additive values increase the existing multiplier, while Multiplicative values multiply it. All collected values merge into one total multiplier.

After all “6” symbols resolve, the stored win is multiplied by the final multiplier value, and the Total Win Bar resets for the next spin.

Unholy Offspring Bonus Game: 10 Free Spins are activated by landing 3 FS Scatter symbols during the base game. Core mechanics remain active, with a higher chance for “6” symbols to appear. Extra FS symbols extend play by awarding 2 additional spins for 2 Scatters and 4 additional spins for 3 Scatters.

Cradle of Chaos Bonus Game: 10 Free Spins are activated by landing 4 FS symbols. The structure follows the Unholy Offspring rules, while the Total Win Bar becomes progressive and continues accumulating wins and multipliers until the feature ends. Additional FS symbols extend the round in the same manner.

Playtime in Purgatory – Hidden Epic Bonus: 10 Free Spins are activated by landing 5 Scatter symbols. The mechanics mirror Unholy Offspring, and each spin guarantees at least one special “6” symbol. Extra FS symbols again add 2 or 4 spins, depending on how many appear.

Bonus Buy: Bonus rounds can be accessed directly through purchase options.

• BonusHunt FeatureSpins: Costs 3x the bet and raises the chance to trigger a bonus game by 5x.
• 666 FeatureSpins: Guarantees at least one “6” symbol for 50x the bet.
• Unholy Offspring: This bonus round can be bought with 10 Free Spins and increased “6” symbol frequency for 100x the bet.
• Cradle of Chaos: Grants 10 Free Spins with a progressive Total Win Bar for 300x the bet.

Design and Soundtrack

Pray For Six uses a dark, satanic theme, which follows the provider’s cartoonish image design. A monochromatic backdrop filled with symbolic illustrations sets a grim tone, reinforced by a black grid beside which is located a flying demon character. Symbols feature a noose, a small axe, a buzz saw, and a sword among the lower-paying shapes. Higher-value symbols introduce a demon goat head, a monstrous face, an animal, and a crowned skull. The Pray For Six hand sign serves as the main premium symbol and stands apart as the only colored element on the grid. Additionally, the soundtrack perfectly aligns with the visuals by keeping the tension going throughout gameplay.

Players looking for a similar gameplay style may also explore Pray for Three, which acts as an earlier entry in the same series, as well as The Count, another release from Hacksaw Gaming.

The Bottom Line

Pray For Six delivers a feature-driven playstyle that keeps spins active and consistent. The Total Win Bar, combined with an evolving multiplier system, builds tension as results unfold. Several bonus modes introduce progression, and guaranteed symbol appearances in higher-tier features help maintain the pace. Bonus Buy options suit players who prefer faster entry into feature-heavy gameplay, positioning the slot as a strong option for those drawn to darker visual themes and mechanically focused play.
