Ankh of Anubis Awakening

Ankh of Anubis Awakening, developed by Play’N GO, is an online slot characterised by a dark and sinister design enriched with intricate details that elevate the aesthetic appeal. Beyond its rewarding base game, the slot boasts a variety of unique features that not only enhance the gaming experience but also significantly increase the winning potential, making each session more exhilarating.

Gameplay features and bonuses

Ankh of Anubis Awakening is an online slot set against an unconventional grid format featuring a 5-reel and 3-4-4-4-3 row layout. The game offers a 96.20% RTP and combines medium volatility with 576 paylines to ensure a rewarding and enjoyable base game experience.

Anubis Wild Feature – At random intervals in the base game, this feature springs into action, dispersing between 4 and 8 Wild symbols across the grid during a spin. It's important to note that a win is not assured when this feature is activated.

Anubis Respin – This feature is triggered when Scatter and Wild symbols appear on non-winning payways. Throughout the feature, all Wild symbols stay fixed and expand vertically, either upwards or downwards, until they encompass the entire reel. Once a Wild symbol is fully stacked, it is removed on the subsequent Respin. No new Wild symbols appear during this feature. Depending on where the Wilds land, up to 3 Respins may be granted. The feature concludes once all Wild symbols are completely visible on the reels.

Free Spins – The Ankh Scatter symbol can appear on any reel. Landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatters initiates 10, 15, or 20 Free Spins, respectively. During Free Spins, collecting 5 Ankh symbols fills the meter and adds Wilds to the reels, activating the Anubis Wild feature. This collection carries over through subsequent Free Spins. When a Wild symbol appears during Free Spins, it triggers the Anubis Respin feature. During Anubis Respins, Ankh symbols are absent, and Free Spins continue once the Respins conclude. Additionally, landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatters during this round grants an extra 3, 4, or 5 Free Spins, with a maximum limit of 500 Free Spins.

Design and Soundtrack

Ankh of Anubis Awakening is an online slot that immerses players in a mysteriously dark night-time theme. The backdrop features the main thoroughfare of a city under the cloak of night. Above, a swirling mass of dark clouds forms a circular portal, hinting at a sinister destination. Moreover, the game grid is adorned with thematic symbols, including the 10-A figures accented in vibrant colours and edged with gold, alongside various ornamental icons. The evocative soundtrack enhances the mysterious atmosphere, making for a deeply engaging gaming experience.
