Oxygen 2

ELK Studios presents Oxygen 2, an addition to its gaming portfolio. Set in an underwater environment, this slot appeals to enthusiasts of marine-themed games. Moreover, the game incorporates several unique features designed to increase winning opportunities and create more rewarding gaming experiences.

Gameplay features and bonuses

Oxygen 2 is an online slot configured with a 6-reel and 7-row grid, which offers a below-average RTP of 94% and high volatility, coupled with a Cluster Pays system. To win, players need to align at least 5 identical symbols either horizontally or vertically.

Oxygen Bubbles & Multiplier Strike – When a symbol part of a winning combination explodes, it triggers an oxygen bubble at that position. Each subsequent explosion on that spot doubles the multiplier, starting at x1 and potentially reaching up to x2,048. These multipliers do not tumble downwards.

Multiplier Strike – Randomly during any spin, the Multiplier Strike feature might activate, placing random multipliers across the grid.

Exploding Wild – When part of a winning cluster, the Exploding Wild initiates an explosion that removes all pay symbols within two cone-shaped areas, extending left, right, up, and down from its position. This feature is triggered when no more wins are possible, and it activates any Exploding or Blaster Wilds in the blast areas. The Super Exploding Wild activates all untriggered oxygen bubbles behind the exploded symbols.

Jellyfish Feature – Occasionally, 1 or more Jellyfish can appear, each carrying a multiplier. They stop at random positions on the grid, adding their multiplier to any existing one at that location, effectively doubling the multiplier values.

Octopus Feature – An Octopus might randomly appear, positioning itself behind a symbol on the grid. If a win occurs on that particular symbol, the Octopus feature is triggered, pulling random multipliers from outside the winning cluster to increase the win multiplier.

Blaster Wild – This feature is triggered as part of a winning cluster. It selects a random pay symbol or Wild symbol, then explodes and replaces all pay symbols within an ‘X' or ‘plus' shaped pattern. Any Exploding or Blaster Wilds in the pattern are also activated. Symbols affected by more than 1 Blaster Wild pattern turn into Wilds.

Bonus Game – Triggering with three Scatter symbols, this mode awards 10 Free Spins, retaining all oxygen bubbles and their multipliers. The Octopus also persists throughout the bonus game, moving randomly at the start of each spin. In addition, 4 Scatters initiate the Super Bonus Game, where the Jellyfish feature is activated before each spin. Landing 2 or 3 Scatters during these rounds grants additional spins; hitting 4 upgrades the bonus to the Super Bonus, awarding 7 additional Free Spins.

X-iter – This feature menu allows players to buy into bonus modes directly:

• Bonus Hunt: For 3x the bet, it significantly increases the likelihood of triggering the bonus game by 3x.
• Special Wilds: For 10x the bet, guarantees at least three special Wilds on a spin.
• Octo Strike: For 25x the bet, ensures the appearance of an Octopus and at least 1 Multiplier Strike per spin.
• Bonus Game and Super Bonus Game: Direct access features are also available for 100x and 500x the bet, respectively, enhancing gameplay with guaranteed features per Free Spin.
