The paytable of Yum Yum Powerways reflects the food theme, with lower values consisting of dip, chocolate donut, cream donut, chocolate cake, cherry cake, fries, and tacos. Premium pay symbols include a chicken leg, noodle, slice of pizza, and burger, with a 6 of a kind win paying 0.5x, 0.6x, 0.9x, and 1.5x your bet, respectively. The burger dish serves as the game's wild symbol.

Yum Yum Powerways boasts an above-average RTP of 96.43% and a high volatility rate, with a maximum win of 5,000x your bet. Players can enjoy bonus features like replacing a winning symbol with increasing multipliers after each spin and free spins, where they can spin the wheel to earn up to 12 free spins.

Although Yum Yum Powerways may seem a bit complicated at first, gameplay becomes easy and intuitive after spinning the reels a few times. The inner 4×4 grid spins independently of the four surrounding 4-position reels, which must match a minimum of 4 symbols on adjacent reels, starting from the outer edge. Wins pay in all directions, including top-down/bottom-up and left-to-right/right-to-left.

The Wild symbol in Yum Yum Powerways depicts a plate of burger, fries, ketchup, and a drink, while the Scatters feature a cheerful-looking chef. Wilds can substitute for all other symbols except the Scatter and appear on all reels. After each spin, all winning symbols disappear from the reels, and new symbols take their place. A win multiplier is applied after each round of symbol substitution, starting at 1x and increasing by one with each iteration. This process continues until no more winning combinations appear.

To trigger the free spins feature, players must land three or more Chef Scatters, as follows:

• 3 Chef Scatters = 6 Free Spins
• 4 Chef Scatters = 8 Free Spins
• 5 Chef Scatters = 10 Free Spins
• 6 Chef Scatters = 12 Free Spins

If players trigger 6 free spins, they have the option to “wager” and spin the wheel again to add up to 12 free spins, with two possible outcomes: “Win” or “Lose”. During the free spins feature, a win multiplier of 3x your bet is applied to your total win, and the multiplier increases by 3x with each change of a winning symbol.

During free spins, one Wild symbol will appear randomly in the center 4×4 grid for each bonus spin. This Wild will not disappear with the symbol substitution feature, potentially creating more opportunities to win. Any Chef Scatter that lands during the free spins feature will award two additional bonus spins.

Although the Powerways mechanism may seem a bit complicated at first, it showcases Pragmatic Play's creativity and willingness to innovate. With a few spins, players can take advantage of the substantial 16,384 winning ways and enjoy the exciting and engaging bonus features. And the chance to win up to 5,000x your bet is yet another incentive to give Yum Yum Powerways a try.
